Invoice creation, customer records, line items, payment settings, and delivery actions require authenticated workspace access and validated billing permissions.
Public surface role
Public pages can explain StretchBooks capabilities and pricing context, but they should not imply live billing actions are available outside the workspace.
Before activation
Payment provider ownership, invoice numbering rules, tax posture, and audit trails should be approved before live invoice actions are exposed.
